Use this address for account access, workspace behavior, errors, refunds, privacy requests, and questions about the invitation beta.
Use the Replex company address for company information, partnerships, and matters not tied to a specific leapCAT workspace.

Privacy and account rights
For access, correction, deletion, processing restriction, or account closure requests, email support and clearly state the right you want to exercise. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

- leapCAT and Replex never ask you, by email or any other message, to make a payment, to send bank or card details, or to share your password or sign-in codes.
- leapCAT does not take payment yet: invited accounts use it free of charge. Once payment opens, a translation is paid only on the checkout you open yourself after signing in to leapCAT.
- Links we send you lead only to leapcat.io, leapcat.replex.me, and accounts.replex.me. If you are unsure, type leapcat.io into your browser yourself instead of following the link.
- To check whether a message really came from us, write to hello@replex.me before you reply or pay anything.
