Terms of use

Terms for using the leapCAT beta workspace

These terms govern the leapCAT service operated by 주식회사 리플렉스 (Replex). The current service is a limited beta and has no public paid plan.

Effective: July 24, 2026

1. Account and beta access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. Beta access may be limited by account, region, capacity, or product readiness and may change as the service develops.

2. Your source and instructions

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit, translate, and use the source. Do not submit unlawful material, malware, information that infringes another person’s rights, or content you are not authorized to disclose.

3. What leapCAT does and what you decide

leapCAT uses AI to analyze the source, propose a direction, translate, review terminology and meaning, run quality checks, and present editable text. You provide facts and intent the source cannot reveal, review the result, decide the final wording and version, and remain responsible for how the export is used.

4. AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular legal, safety, medical, financial, regulatory, or brand context. leapCAT does not replace a certified translator or subject-matter professional where one is required. Check names, numbers, terminology, obligations, and high-impact statements before use.

5. Content and service rights

You retain your rights in the source and your edits. You grant Replex the limited permission needed to process them to provide, protect, and support the service. Replex retains rights in the software, design, brand, and service materials. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying you.

6. Suspension, changes, and paid use

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users or the service, address unlawful or abusive use, or comply with law. Beta functions may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable. Any price, limit, refund rule, and commercial condition will be shown before paid access opens.

7. Ending use and account deletion

You may stop using the service or request account closure through the available account controls or support. Account and workspace information is handled according to the privacy policy and applicable retention duties. Terms that by their nature must survive—such as rights, responsibility for prior use, and dispute provisions—continue to apply.

8. Beta availability and responsibility

The beta may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete functions and is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Replex is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on unreviewed AI output or use outside the stated service scope. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute cannot be resolved through contact and discussion, the competent court is determined under applicable Korean procedural law.
